Caudill Design Group was started in 2008 by Rusty Caudill to provide custom residential plans for clients in need. It quickly grew as he got more and more requests to not only design, but also build decks and porches, and eventually remodels, additions, and new constructions homes. In 2012 Rusty invited his son, Brian, to join him as Construction Manager and 2 years later he became a co-owner of the business. They managed the business together for several years and eventually Rusty began to take steps back from work and toward retirement. Fast forward to 2021, Brian is now the sole owner of Caudill Design Group Design-Build, LLC.
Brian Caudill graduated from Cary High School and completed two years of course work in Business Management at Wake Technical Community College and Appalachian State University. He grew up around the construction business and has helped his dad with side projects most of his life. As a residential builder, he has had almost a decade of on-the-job training and has obtained his general contractors license from the North Carolina Board of General Contractors. He is excited to continue providing the triangle area with one stop shop for designing custom plans and then bringing those plans to life.
With our experience in building code enforcement and designing, we are uniquely qualified to provide you the best advice about your ideas – and the consultation is free! Should you want us to continue with construction, we are fully licensed as a contractor and fully insured to protect you!
